Most of my illustrations from 1980 to 1985 were painted on canvas, as this one was. In this painting, #4 of the series of ”A Dance To The Music Of Time”, I actually used only three models, two were professional, the other a relative. I altered their appearances to look like different people. The expression of their faces and body language was very important, as was the painting of texture and atmosphere. This was one of my most successful and popular covers.
